Upload Your Data
To align with industry standards for data security, you can securely upload data directly into the system. The two most common uploads for your supplier diversity program are supplier and spend data.
To help you get started, we’ve included two short videos on how to upload each:
APIs
Your subscription also includes the ability to utilize API’s to pass and retrieve data electronically. If you would like to take advantage of the API’s, there is information available here.
Add Users
Your system administer is the only one who can add users. After purchase, they will receive access to the platform via a system email.
Use this “User Accounts Guide” for a step-by-step guide on how to invite teammates and enable user access.
Invite Suppliers
Utilize SupplierGateway’s supplier invitation console to send registration requests to your current suppliers.
BEFORE LAUNCHING YOUR SUPPLIER PORTAL we recommended notifying your suppliers that you have implemented a supplier portal and they should expect to see communications from SupplierGateway with instructions on how to register.
Training
The SupplierGateway Learning Center (which can access within the platform) provides information about features, proven practices , and step-by-step instructions on every function available in the platform.
